Award-winning homestead sheep dairy Hidden Springs Creamery is an all-in-one operation based in Westby, WI. Amy and Travis raise and breed sheep, milk, and make a variety of cheeses on their farmstead, using state of the art equipment while their sheep graze on healthy, Driftless pastures.
