Nordik Meats

Nordik Meats is a USDA inspected meat processing plant located in Viroqua, WI. This small plant has been operating for about five years, and services many independent farms in the Driftless Region, processing beef, pork, and lamb in small numbers every week. Nordik Meats was the first plant to go through the Humane Handling certification process at University of Wisconsin River Falls, and their team takes animal welfare as seriously as it does the quality of their butchery and packaging. Nordik’s talented butchers process to our high standards, offering customized cutting and labeling. We buy meat by the whole or the side from specific farms, such as Willow Creek Ranch, working directly with the farm and the processor to get sustainably raised, humanely harvested, and expertly butchered meat into the Gather CSA boxes.
